It is sad situation, St. Vincent and the Grenadines found its self in! I firmly believes a people always get a leadership they deserves. St. Vincent and the Grenadines are stocked, with the incompetent leader Prime Minister: Ralph E. Gonsalves. What is an even worst situation, than having an incompetent Prime Minister, running the affairs of State, the Prime Minister has surrounded himself, with people who are less competent than himself. If that is even possible.
St. Vincent and the Grenadines have embarked on a E.C. $600. million dollars port modernization project. What is interesting is Gonsalves is: there is an investing EC $600. Million in a modernized port facility. This facility is to facilitate imports of goods from overseas, thus strengthening foreign economies, while diminishing the economy of St. Vincent and the Grenadines; yet we are investing this large some of monies to do so. Can Prime Minister Gonsalves get any sillier?
I am of the opinion that the World Bank was irresponsible to approved such a loan, to put into place modern infrastructure that will not benefit the country’s economies; but will only drive the indebtedness of the country. .
To think Ralph Gonsalves has a PhD. in Political Science; that have to be a wasted degree, and to think this man was once a lecturer at the U.W.I in the same field. Yet he knows nothing about the science of politics. Only if he was capable of studding and analyzing, the works of Chief Minister Eboniza Theodore Joshua, an administration he was around to witness.
Had Ralph Gonsalves truly studied Chief Minister Joshua, instead of learning the trivial of this great leader, he would have known, one only going to such a project, when one is developing an export sector; and such a project, will facilitate the smooth and increase export of the products your country produces. Chief Minister E.T. Joshua knew this, and he was the man who oversaw the construction; of our current deep-water harbor in 1956 or there about. This was done to facilitate the smooth and increase shipment of Bananas to the United Kingdom. And it was successful in doing so for more than 40 + years; this port project help to increase the banana production in SVG.
We are not here to speak about that aspect of Ralph E. Gonsalves incompetence. On March, 13th, 2023, the Eastern Caribbean Supreme Court, in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, decided on the Class Actions Vaccine Mandate Case; that was brought against the Ralph Gonsalves administration, by the collective unions in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, who represents the interest of the government workers on the island.
Justice Henry ruled; the Ralph Gonsalves Government's vaccine mandate law, which was imposed upon government workers, who were dismissed, for refusing to take the COVID19 Vaccine; was unconstitutional. There were hundreds of cases like this one, filed in courts, all around the world; and the courts all ruled, the Vaccine Mandates and the laws that gave them legitimacy, were unconstitutional. Even the Supreme Court in the United States of America; ruled such laws were unlawful. Therefore; the Judge Escudo Henry, who heard the evidences in the case; who is known to, disregard the law, and rule in favor Ralph Gonsalves in her court judgment; hands were tied; by the regional and international trend on the issue.
Now Ralph Gonsalves Government is left with the responsibilities of paying the lawyers of the government workers, paying for any damages for the injuries his institutional law caused, reinstate hundreds of workers and pay them for the many months they were off the Job.
After following regional and international trends, Ralph Gonsalves would have known, the Court would have ruled in the same manner as the courts in Grenada, St. Lucia both countries who are a part of the ECSC system and the courts in other countries around the world. Ralph Gonsalves knew he had to find monies, from somewhere, to pay these disenfranchised workers. But from where?
The sad thing is the St. Vincent and the Grenadines economy has been bankrupt for many years now. The destroyer Ralph E. Gonsalves bankrupted the National Commercial Bank of St. Vincent and the Grenadines, He bankrupted the St. Vincent Building and Loan association and he bankrupted the National Insurance Scheme; he sold off SVG's shares in the flour mills, he sold the St. Vincent and the Grenadines distillers and Ralph Gonsalves sold off many lands from the National Trust, to hid the fact; he have long Bankrupted St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
So the question is: where is the Government of St. Vincent and the Gernadines going to find monies to satisfy their obligations to those dismissed Government workers? Can Ralph Gonsalves shipped and put enough cocaine on the streets of SVG, to satisfy this financial need? I don’t think, our drug addict market is big enough to accommodate this but he will try.
There is another was! The World Bank is financing a US $290 EC $600 million dollars port modernization project in SVG. Why not find a way to divert funds from that project, to ensure Vincentians don't fine out Ralph E. Gonsalves have Bankrupted SVG economy.
That is why Ralph E. Gonsalves, without consultation and without parliament's knowledge granted a company Akon, the rights to mine 1.2 million cubic meters of sand from the seabed of South Eastern Course of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
To Ralph E. Gonsalves it is just a means to an End. But for intelligent people it represents more than a means to an end.
According to sources close to the mining project; in a meeting held to quiet the fears of the Fisher folks, who make a living in these waters. The fisher folks were told, the mining of the sand will not affect the fish population in the area: because they (the miners) will keep the fishes clear from the mining with the use of sonar.
These white people still have the mentality, they can come to us, small island blacks, tell us anything, and we have to take their words. Such liars. Here are the realities with the use of Sonar technology.
What is Sonar? Sonar is the use of specialized instruments to cause loud sound to travel under water. Before I go any further, let me bring a practical example, to help you understand the relationship with sound and water.
To help you understand, the relationship between sound and water; let us go to the bible. In the New Testament, any time Yahuwahshu the Son of God; the same one you called Jesus, had a large audience to preach to; the Son of God, often make his way to the beach, board one of the fishing vessels, which was moored a little way out at sea, and he preach from that vessel. Between Yahuwahshu AKA Jesus and his audience was the sea.
This was because Yahuwahshu AKA Jesus understood science. He knew, water is a reflector of sound; and in the absence of any type of artificial amplifications. Yahuwahshu AKA Jesus was able to speak and everyone in his large audience and they were able to hear him clearly. This is so because, the sound of his voice bounced off the water and travel well beyond the boundaries of his audience.
We encounter this on a regular basis, but we never paid attention to it and could not explain what had happened. Each of us would have been to a beach baptism before. Well it is the same thing that happen at a beach baptism.
When are at a Beach Baptism there is something strange that happens. While the Baptist is on the speaking with the audience, who is normally in close proximity around him; only the people in the front are able to hear him. However; as soon as he steps into the Sea water, everyone on the shore can now here him; even people up to fifty plus feet away can hear what he is saying with ease. That is because the water molecules are so dense pack when compared to that of the sound molecules, the sound bounces off the water.
When we are submerged under water and a motor boat is passing above, even though the motor boat is making tons of noise, the noise cannot be heard under the water. Sound have a very hard time traveling under water. That is why specialized equipment is needed for Sonar technology; to create an intense vibration upon which the extremely loud sound travels for sound to travel under water.
The question is: how does this affect fishes and other sea wildlife, such as mammals? Most people thinks fishes cannot hear, but like a whale fishes can hear as well as feel and interprets vibrations. Let’s not forget, there are two types of Sea Wildlife, migratory and none migratory wildlife. The constant use of sonar in their natural habitat; of none migratory wildlife is going to kill a large population those fishes and other wildlife such as the Congos, and other sea snakes, octopus, eels, lobsters and other shell fishes etc.
Apart from that we all know, the ecosystem of the seas, which sustains life is: Big fish eats little fish and little fish eats plants such as sea moss, sea weeds, algae's etc. If there is no plant life in the bottom of the Ocean the little fish cannot feed and they die; and if there is no little fishes for the big fishes to feed on they to die from Starvation.
Can Akon guarantee the people of St. Vincent and the Grenadines they are capable of mining the sand from the ocean floor, without destroying the plant life that is found at the bottom of the sea, at the debts they plan to mind? No they can't!
It is my opinion that Prime minister Gonsalves effort to bring hardship upon Vincentians are not working because of the wealth of our sea. and he is spitefully trying to destroy the fishing ground that our fisher folks depend on to feed their family and pay their bills.
It is for the same reason the white operated World Bank, lend Gonsalve monies to do this project even though it will not benefit the country, to achieve their Goal of total enslavement of the none white community by 2025.
I guarantee, during and after the sand mining, by Akon, there are going to be, a lot of beaching of dead wild life in the Between Cannash beach and Kingstown harbor. There will be find of many floating Dead Sea wildlife. Gonsalves would instruct the press not to carry these story and they will not. But the people’s press: FaceBook will carry the photos of Prime Minister Ralph Gonsalves Master stroke.
Let me be the first to congratulate P.M Ralph E. Gonsalves on this his new Master Stroke to make Vincentians even more impoverished than they are already.
Happy weekend all.
