Mrs. Jennifer Eustace
On the 11th December 2017, I use the medium Facebook to ask a question verbatim I asked: “Will someone please tell me what is going on with Jennifer Eustace” For those of you who knows me all my life, and for those of you who have just learn about me on Social Media, you would have come to learn that no one is outside the realms of my heartfelt criticism. You all would have also come to learn that, I do not only criticize people I complement those who are deserving of complement and I take the opportunity ever so often to highlight the good qualities in others. Although it give me a nice tingling feeling inside when someone stands out and I can publicly acknowledge that person; However, publicly sticking it to someone who deserved to be spoon fed shit sure feels good; and I enjoys every bit of it.
Now here is my problem with Mrs. Jenifer Eustace. And this will remain a problem until something is done. Well not just something the appropriate things are put into place and are done. But the question we all must ask is: Will Mr. Jennifer Eustace be willing to do what she need to do to make things right? I will say here that the power is in her hands; I will patiently wait and see. So while the whole of St. Vincent and the Grenadines sit back and wait on Mrs. Jennifer Eustace, let me bring you up to date on the state of affair as it presently stand. And why I am a little, sorry not a little but extremely disturbed.
We have many so-called bright people in St. Vincent and the Grenadine, but a lot of these people lack integrity, there are many self-professed bright boys in SVG such as Ralph E. Gonsalves, even the Major but these people are highly deficient in many ways for example. While Ralph is a dunce hiding behind big and fancy talk; who managed to convince Vincentian that he is bright. The Major on the other hand is somewhat an inelegant man, however, it seems apparent that the Major’s Superego and his Ego has resigned and leave his id to manage his behavior and conduct. This is evident in his current behavior; I want what I want and I will do as I please.
St. Vincent and the Grenadine is at a serious crossroad at this Juncture of our history; our morality, values, and our economy is in shambles, and we are in need of all of our talent to carry out a rescue mission to save St. Vincent and the Grenadines from the impending economic doom and the destruction of a people, which if they are allowed to go through any more may never return to our forma state. In my opinion, Mr. Eustace had provided good stable leadership to the NDP while he was at the helm. At this stage the people of St. Vincent and the Grenadines is once again crying out for steady leadership in parliament, at the head of Government and at the head of the parliamentary opposition and at the head of the NDP. I am not knocking Dr. Friday, but I am not seeing the evidence of his leadership. leader ship must be seen and understood.
The NDP supporters are so exhausted that if a monkey makes enough noise they will follow that monkey and they will shout with the same vigor for that monkey. But St. Vincent and the Grenadine on the other hand are looking for a vigilante leader. One with a soft tender touch of a loving mother, One who know about long term relationships, one who understand what it is like to submit oneself, play a supporting role and one who is willing to follow.
In my opinion Mrs. Jennifer Eustace is a special woman, she is bright yet the Vincentian populace don’t hear her talking about her accomplishments, she has ability, to organize and hold the NDP together, she has what it takes to be supportive to her followers. One may wonder of all the Rambling Leacock, Cummings, Friday and the other members of the NDP have been making over the years. Why we have never been brought up to date about this beautiful Vincy daughter abilities. But she is only known as Mr. Arnhim Eustace’s wife. For more than some 15 plus years, you never one day hear them speak of Mrs. Jennifer Eustace's academics.
Her accomplishments, her managerial skills, and her other talents and abilities; do you know why, because they are all afraid of Jennifer's superior ability to lead. Even Ralph E Rapist, his cabinet and the big wig supporters of U.L.P panics when it comes to Mrs. Jennifer Eustace; this is because she is a powerful woman. Hence the reason they started a scandal with the sheep to label her as cruel. Many people thought that scandal was meant to hurt Mr. Eustace and the NDP, but it was the fear of the possibility of Jennifer Eustace putting on a political hat.
We have noticed a trend with the NDP where the candidate has been choosing the NDP, not the NDP leadership going out to select serious, qualified candidates to represent the nation. In order to be a candidate for the NDP this is how it is done, A person with political aspirations, no matter what shape their character, personal and or professional life is in, all they need to do is to joins the NDP, become active in the constituency party group and make a lot of noise and then like magic wa-la they are a candidate and may be contesting the next elections. Another thing is Ralph Gonsaves create candidates for the NDP. He fires and or oppresses someone and they began to make a lot of noise against Gonsalves on the talk shows and wa-la Ralph E. Gonsalves has a candidate of his choosing contesting a general election as a candidate on an NDP ticket.
What the NDP management failed to understand is, that the person they select as a political candidate is not required to represent the NDP in Parliament but the entire nation. He cannot get elected to national or parliamentary office by the vote cast by NDP supporters alone, the candidates are required to have community appeal, so he or she can draw to the party undecided voters, and help the ULP bewildered voters to make up their mind and withhold their vote to from the U.L.P and cast it for the N.D.P. It is all fine and well to give constituency party group members an opportunity to participate in the decision making process, however the reason you have a constituency group executive, and a central executive, and a president is not just for formalize the structure; it is so the central executive, the president, can step in and make decisions that will benefit the entire organization and the country.
St. Vincent and the Grenadine need all hands in deck, Jennifer Eustace is the most stable and quality person to take the reins of the NDP at this Juncture of our nation's history. Some may say what about Anesia Baptiste, she have been the vocal female voice in SVG's political scene for quite a while now. The truth is Young Baptiste knows how to pass an exam at college/University level, we cannot take that away from her; however, she has not learn how to properly apply her studies (book learning) to practical situations outside the class room, and most of all, she lack simple common sense. Like Ralph Gonsalves, Anesia Baptiste can consistently string a number of words together and have those words come out sounding good; but can the content of her words stand up to critical scrutiny? No they cannot. Anesia Baptiste speaks and appeals to a group who lacks the comprehension skills to analyze the content of her statements.
Who say the President of the NDP has to be an elected Member of Parliament, so in the next General election of the NDP, I am nominating “Dame” Jennifer Eustace for president of the NDP. She being an un-elected parliamentarian as president will lead the NDP to political victory and I know her husband will stick with and support her bid in the same manner she did him. I awaits Mrs. Jennifer Eustace entrance into the danger zone, to help in the rescue process of St. Vincent and the Grenadines.
