Let me tell you why I am writing you this letter, it is to explain to you what how the information surrounding your transfer was leak and who leak that information. Brenton you know that we go way back, and you also know that I have and will always have your back, because you are my little brother. You have own brotherly status because of my knowledge of your character; You are a fundamentally honest fellow.
From my experience as a police officer and from my knowledge as a member who sat on the executive of the Police Welfare association. There is no secret that the members of the police welfare association have very little confidence in the PWA, and that is because, over the years the members were self-serving, in that they, betray the confidence of the members they are asked to serve; for promotion and transfer to prestigious and or more favorable department.
I have sense that you have managed to get a good team of men and you have developed a good working relationship with the men on your team. Now the recent leak of confidential information to the press is no coincidence. The level of loyalty and commitment you and your team have to the welfare of your police brother and sisters frightens Ralph Gonsalves and his Unity labor party. Not that you guys are criminal and have bad intent for the police force, the country and the people of St. Vincent and the Grenadines. for you all don’t. But it is a situation where Ralph E. Gonsalves know that he is incapable of providing for the needs of the state and of all the institution in SVG, the police is expected to take the blunt of the licks, poor salaries, poor working environment, poor management etc. and he do not want you and the Police Welfare going in search of what you deserved.
The information that was leak was key information that was intended to remain confidential. The timely leak of this information was an act of desperation and was meant to accomplish one objective. Let me explain. Ralph Gonsalves could not get any member of the Police Welfare Association to betray the confidence of the organization and the Chairman. We all know Richard Brown leak the information to Frank Dasilva, but the big question is who betray the P.W.A and the Chairman’s confidence and leak the information to Richard Brown?
You, I, Richard Brown as well as any other police officer knows that, it is not in his duty to leak information to the press, more so a talk show host. Let me give you an example; a few months ago I post some unfavorable things about Ralph Gonsalves on my Facebook page, that same day, Richard Brown took a screen photo of my post and took it to Prime Minister Ralph Gonsalves skipping the chain of command and after the prime Minister was told he informed the Commissioner of Police.
So we have ascertained from Richard Brown MO he always run to the Prime Minister with every and any information he get. How would it serve the Prime Minister’s purpose to have such information revealed? The question is how did this leaking thing worked; we all know Richard Brown will never leak any police information to Frank or anyone else, unless he had Ralph Gonsalves permission to do so. You talk about a lap dog, its human name is: Richard Browne.
Most of you may not have known that while I was in the Royal St. Vincent and the Grenadines police force. I was an intelligence officer, As a matter of fact, when I went to that the department; I started initiating real undercover program in the Kingstown area, real penetration operation and I did this in a smart manner. I was the one doing the penetrating. I was assigned to that post because of my wealth of inside information on a wide range of criminal and political activities and my connections.
Hence the reason I was the one to do the penetrating. When I left that department, I left with an even greater knowledge than I went in with. Not only criminal and political inside knowledge, I had more internal operational information than even the supervisors, who run the department. In lending explanation to this matter, please bear in mind that there are certain things I will not reveal because of my commitment to law enforcement and my commitment to my homeland. So the big question is: who was responsible for betraying Chairman Brenton Smith, the police welfare Association and the Constabulary confidence, by leaking the information to Richard Brown? You see back when I was a police officer in St. Vincent and the Grenadines, the force had some crude phone tapping equipment. However when Ralph E. Gonsalves took over there was a big upgrade in the phone tapping technology, which includes key word detector system, which highlight and cause the human review of the calls where key word are mentioned.
For example, if your use the words kill and Ralph Gonsalves in the same sentence, even if you say, I am going to kill a sheep to celebrate Ralph, Gonsalve or Ralph Gonsalves’ birthday. Because the word Kill, Ralph, Gonsalves or Ralph Gonsalves was used in the same sentence, that telephone conversation is highlighted and it is reviewed in detail by someone; if it was a threat mad against Ralph Gonslaves then the conversation would be extracted, the numbers of the phones will be ascertained, the participants will be identified and whatever actions they deems fit will be taken against the person. Those people may be given closer telephone scrutiny or they may be arrested for some unrelated or unsubstantiated bull shit allegation and a subtle message will be send to that person (s).
Hence the reason Gonsalves were always saying that people are sending death threats to him, but he never say who the person is or was. Because to cause any such person to be arrested for threat he will have to present the source of his information and his phone tapping would have been public. In the case to the Police Welfare Association and its members, all of their calls are screen in real time. So any time Brenton Smith and the members of the PWA use his home phone, his cell phone, his computer to surf the internet; every text message sent is documented, every call made is recorded and every website visited is documented. Mr. Arnhim Eustace, Dr. Friday Luzette King, the members of the Unions, and their associates especially the Teachers Union, and a whole bunch of Key people. Rlalph E. Gonsalves even keep tabs on all of his inner circle, except Julian Francis.
Another question You may be asking yourself, why would Ralph Gonsalves go through all of the trouble. The reason is simple but it is not obvious. You have a good hard working group of men on the PWA executive, they are committed to you and the cause for the betterment of the force. The leak of the information is a communist tactics to divide and conquer. Releasing the information is the easiest way to :
1. Foster miss trust within the members of the PWA?
2. Other members will think that there are people who are betraying the PWA for gain and want to be one of those who benefit by betraying the PWA and its members.
3. The transfer of the men has two objectives, to give the Smith the impression that there is a mole in his team. Create a spirit of mistrust among the executive and turn the constabulary against the association. It is then Gonsalve will rake havoc on the men and women of the force. More rapes etc.
The other reason for the transfer is to force you to communicate with the executive via phone; there he will have firsthand knowledge of everything you discusses. And thing you all plan and how you are thinking. This will give him the tools he needs to manipulate the activities of the association. Gonsalves is trying to eliminate in person communication among the PWA and its members. He would have played another master stroke demoralizing Brenton Smith and his team. No more big talk, no more resistance.
So when Edwardo .G Lynch spoke of the Government ability to tap your phone or listen into your cell and domestic phone conversation he was right, however, he could

Gonsalves was trying to own E.G Lynch, Nice Radio and Douglas Defreitas. Unfortunately, for Ralph Gonsalve and his plan; E.G. Lynch was as stubborn as a mule and would rather lose everything but his dignity to Ralph E. Gonsalves hence the reason he die in poverty.
Is there any wonder that Gonsalves is now pressing Douglas Defreitas for the money he won in a law suit against him and his radio station? That is because at
the end of the Election Petition case, it will be to hard for the U.L.P to steal the by-elections that is expected to be resulted and his lost will immediately put the ULP in the opposition and reveal that he (Ralph Gonsalves) and his team lied to the court in order to win the law suit and get a monetary judgment against Mr. Lynch and Nice Radio. if he don’t get the monies now, he will not get it ever, because soon the truth about the police phone tapping capabilities will be known, conformed and Ralph E. Gonsalves will be uncover for the liar that he is.
